STEP 1: TRANSFER YOUR LICENSES TO START GROWING

Go to DRE.CA.Gov website

Select the Licensees tab and the select ELicensing and sign in with your credentials

Under License Options:
  - If your license is currently with a broker select, "Change Responsible Broker"
  - If your license is not with a broker select, "Add Responsible Broker"

• Enter Broker License Number: 02226798  Then select "Display Employer Information"

• Broker's name will appears then select "Save Broker Information"

• When asked "Is your responsible broker is available to certify your Salesperson affiliation request" select "No"

• When asked "Would you like to enter your employer's email address?" select "Yes" 

• Enter: fyzl@fyzlgroup.com then click the "Save Email"

  • STEP 2: SIGN AND PROVIDE INFORMATION

    We will send you a DocuSign to complete Onboarding

    Receive Fyzl Group Login for Partner Access Portal

    Upload Requested Documents To Fyzl Group Portal

  • STEP 3: GET ACCESS TO OUR SYSTEMS

    Set Up Accounts :

    Credit Reports

    LOS, DU, LP, WorkNumber, VA, CRM

    Realtor and MLS access

    Full Lender List / Account Access

    Transaction Coordinator & Loan Processor Assistance Available

  • STEP 4: CLOSE YOUR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION AND/OR MORTGAGE LOAN

    Close Your Deal, On Your Terms

    Submit Real Estate and/or Mortgage Loan Files To Partner Access Portal

    Get Paid Same Day Wire

    (We Subtract our 1k)

Our Fees

Explained

  • $1k per Real Estate Transaction

  • $1k per Loan Transaction

  • $595 in house Transaction Coordinator (optional)

  • $595 in house Loan Processor (optional)

  • Scenario 1 : You close a Real Estate + Mortgage Deal for your client and self processed/TC —> Total fee $2k.

  • Scenario 2: You close a Real Estate + Mortgage Deal for your client and use our services (processor + TC) —> Total fee $3,190.

    Thats all.
    You Keep Your Commissions.
